The five kinds of boiled dumplings, made with Mugen Gyoza's original sauces (plain/sesame/savory/coriander/basil), are a perfect match for the chewy and plump dumplings and the special sauce. You can choose from 4, 6, or 8 pieces, so it's easy to order even for one person. Other delicious items include the Hakata specialty iron pan dumplings, with a thick skin that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the boiled dumplings cooked in chicken broth.

In addition to our famous gyoza menu, we also offer a wide variety of homemade a la carte dishes. We use fresh young chicken from Kyushu for our chicken dishes, such as "Yakitori" (Fried Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce) and "Yodaretori" (Dried Chicken), as well as our original dishes, such as "Infinite Egg" and "Skinless Gyoza Bibimbap."
